We are a small local outfit, not a franchise with a call center. That means our service area is genuinely limited by how far a crew and a truck can sensibly travel in a morning — and we would rather tell you that than take a booking we cannot service properly.
Kennesaw
Home. Most of our work is here, and it is where we can usually get to you fastest. Everything we do — gutters, cleanups, landscaping, hardscaping and drainage, junk removal, interior repairs and rental turnovers.

Acworth
Regular work here, particularly around the lake. Properties near Allatoona sit under heavier pine canopy than inland Cobb, which means gutters fill faster and generally need attention three or four times a year rather than twice.
Marietta
The largest part of Cobb and a regular part of our week. Older housing stock in parts of Marietta means more mature trees, more established beds, and more of the drainage and grading work that comes with a settled property.
Marietta is also where a good deal of our rental work is. We have turned units on Roswell Road and repainted and cleared houses between tenants across the city — the inside and the outside on one quote, worked to the lease date rather than ours. Rental turnovers →
Woodstock and Canton
We work up into Cherokee County regularly. Worth knowing if you are planning a retaining wall: Cherokee permits and inspects differently from Cobb, and we handle that.
Dallas and Powder Springs
We cover Paulding County to the west. Larger lots on average, which usually means bigger cleanups and more hauling.
Cartersville and north
We do travel up into Bartow, but it is our outer edge. For smaller jobs the drive genuinely affects what we can do at a fair price, so call and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right people for it. We would rather say no than overcharge you for the mileage.
Inside work travels further than outside work
The list above is drawn for outside jobs, and it is drawn honestly: a gutter clean or a cleanup is an hour or two of work with a drive on either end, so past a certain distance the drive becomes most of what you would be paying for and we would rather say no.
Interior painting and rental turnovers are a different calculation. A whole-house repaint or a make-ready is several days of work, sometimes a week, so the crew is parked at the house rather than driving to it. We have painted in Alpharetta and turned units well outside Cobb for exactly that reason, and we will quote inside work further out than we would quote a gutter clean.
