This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It was last updated on 11 September 2026.
What we collect
When you ask us for an estimate. The request form on this site is provided by Jobber, the software we use to run the business. It collects your name, email address, phone number, the address of the property, a description of the work, and any photos you choose to attach.
When you call or text us. We keep your phone number, your name, and notes about what you asked for, so we can quote the job and get back to you.
When we do work for you. We keep the quote, the job details, invoices and payment records. Payments are handled by our payment processor and by QuickBooks — we do not store your full card number.
When you browse this site. Google Analytics records anonymous usage information: which pages you visited, roughly where in the world you are, what device you used, and how you arrived. It does not tell us who you are.
Advertising and social media tools. This site also carries a Meta (Facebook) pixel. It tells Meta that a browser visited a page here, and Meta uses that to measure and target advertising on Facebook and Instagram. It does not tell us, or Meta, your name — and you can control how Meta uses it in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings.
We do not collect information from anyone we know to be under 13, and this site is not directed at children.
Why we use it
To quote your job, schedule it, do the work, invoice you and follow up afterwards. To answer questions you ask us. To understand which parts of this website are useful so we can improve them.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, and we never pass on your name, phone number, email address or job details for anyone else’s marketing.
Anonymous browsing data is different, and we would rather be plain about it: the Meta pixel described above sends page-visit data to Meta, which uses it for advertising measurement and targeting. There is more on how to control that under Cookies and analytics below.
We use a small number of service providers to run the business, and your information passes through them: Jobber (quotes, scheduling, invoicing and messaging), QuickBooks (accounting), Google (Analytics on this website, and our Business Profile if you contact us through it), Meta (the Facebook pixel on this website), and our payment processor when you pay by card. Each holds it under their own privacy terms.
We will also share information where the law requires it.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number when requesting an estimate, we may text you about your quote, your appointment and your invoice. These are messages about work you asked us about.
We only send promotional texts to people who have separately agreed to receive them on the request form. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or STOP MKT to opt out of promotional messages while still receiving ones about your job. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
We do not share your phone number with anyone for their own marketing.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies for basic functionality, for Google Analytics and for the Meta pixel. Meta’s own controls for this sit in the Ad preferences section of your Facebook or Instagram account, and in the Off-Facebook activity settings there.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers an opt-out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking them will not stop you using the site or contacting us.
How long we keep it
We keep quotes, job records and invoices for as long as we need them to run the business and to meet tax and accounting requirements. Enquiries that never became jobs are kept while there is a reasonable chance you will come back to us, and cleared out periodically after that.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Email office.2mtservices@gmail.com or call (470) 332-3398 and we will take care of it. We may need to keep records of completed work for tax and accounting purposes even after a deletion request.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update this page and change the date at the top.
